Introduction: I have 15+ years of experience as a swim instructor and coach. I run a learn to swim lesson program for kids and adults of all levels, beginner to competitive training. I also have a learn to swim program for children with special needs, specifically those on the spectrum, including non verbal students. I am a RYT200 yoga teacher. I teach group and private yoga classes in a variety of styles, including hatha and vinyasa as well as moving meditation. I believe there is power in learning to channel ones breath. I work with all my clients on mastering breath techniques that can be used in class and life for channeling energy, mood regulation and more. I am also a Personal Trainer. I like to combine body weight resistance and circuit training in a HIIT style workout. I developed my approach to training after years as an elite level athlete and coach. My program gives clients the freedom to train wherever they are without the need for equipment or excess space. My workouts produce results for everyone at every level of fitness. I have yet to meet someone with a fitness goal that I could not help. Years of experience as both athlete and coach have given me a balanced understanding and appreciation for what it takes to create change in the body and mind as well as the language to convey that to others. I most enjoy working with motivated individuals and I love being a part of healthy, positive transformation in people's lives!
