We hired John to replace our roof less than a year ago. It did take a while to get things going, but once we did, we were initially happy. Unfortunately, a few short months later we began to see water marks on the ceiling in our nursery. When we called John to examine the roof, he initially agreed..but then the excuses began. First he was "in Florida". Then, he made an appointment to come by, but never showed. My husband called and emailed twice more, but no response. I called my cell phone, and he answered, but quickly had to "call me back in a hour because he was with a client", but I never heard back. Go ahead and hire him if you're one to gamble, but don't expect him to stand behind his work if things go wrong.

I had John, and his helper Andy, rebuild and extend my deck. It took a bit for them to get started, but once they did they worked straight thru the rain. He knew that the deck and underside needed to be dog proof, and he went out of his way to be sure even my 5 lb Chihuahua couldn't out. I'm pleased with my new deck and would hire John again.
