We had a good amount of work done. Sun room finished, garage taken down, floor joist repair, electric work, flooring in the bathroom and partial kitchen. We have all tile but we’re told it’s cheaper to lay crap linoleum ok fine, but they had to come back because they seen it as ok to floor around the stove instead of moving it cutting the already crap floor shorter just to avoid moving it? Then the railing issue, issued it was to code...maybe for railing height but not the electrical. Mind you this railing was hung on brand new wall causing repairs that didn’t need to be made if things were done properly the first 3 times of being here. Wasn’t enough to leave it at that we were charged for things they didn’t do, luckily 203k verifies all work and yet again had to come back to so work they were supposed to but after we had to pay an additional inspection fee. They were rude, highly inconvenient, and refused to compensate for their errors. Please do your research we are highly disappointed and having to hire other contractors to fix what they did! They have completed ruined the love and joy of having our first home with all of this frustration!Jan 4, 2020Verified
