I had an emergency and Tom and his team responded right away. They did a great job very quickly, and Tom explained everything to me as we went along. They showed a lot of care and concern for the situation, as well as technical competence.

When we woke up to a few inches of water standing in our first floor bath and pouring through the finished ceiling below, our plumber told us to call Northest. They came fast, documented damage for our insurer, cleared out soaked furniture and carpet, cut away soaked drywall, and set up the fans. Happy to say we had no mold. They're the best!

Es la primera vez que escribo un comentario. la razon por que doy 5 estrellas es porque he tenido un servicio tecnico profesional de esta compania, llame a Northeast Water remediation por referencia de un familiar y yo estaba muy preucupado porque se habia salido el agua sucia del toilet y cuando ellos llegaron hecieron todo lo que se tenia que hacer y fueron muy cuidadosos con la limpieza y sobre todo protegernos a nosostros sobre cualquier contaco con bacteria del agua sucia , sin mas palabras no dudaria en reconmendar a esta compania a otras personas que estan en una situacion desagradable. I would highly recommend North East Water Remediation as they went above and beyond! They informed me of all my options along the way. Tom took the time to explain each step and ensure my understanding. He also made sure I got the best bang for my buck with my insurance company. My house endured broken pipes which flooded and damaged my basement. I hired him for both the clean up AND fix up. What quality work, thank you!
