- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?You can't put a set price on it because it depends on the condition of the room and wall, ceilings and trim. If anything else is added as well, that would certainly affect the quote as well.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I can do it over the phone or in person - they usually either show me in person or in picture about the room or dimensions, and then I can give a pretty accurate quote. In person is certainly preferable because I get a firsthand look, but I am flexible about both.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I've been in the business since 1997, and have been referenced and have references
