Joe agreed to mow and trim the lawn at a recently purchased home. The lawn had not been taken care of for several months and the grass was thigh-high. He me with a very agreeable quote over the phone after driving by the property for a quick look.
Although the agreed upon day was and Saturday and Joe didn't have any employees available to help him with the, he came out by himself in the early morning to do the work on a very hot, sunny day.
I met him there mid-day to pay him the agreed upon amount and realized the scope of the work he was doing was far beyond what I had originally envisioned. Joe said he didn't feel comfortable not doing the job right and completely but had no plans to charge me more than the quoted amount. Despite his offer to complete the work for the original quote, I insisted on paying him for the additional hours he was spending on the lawn.
I was so impressed with Joe's work ethic and integrity that I have hired him to do regular lawn maintenance for me.
I would highly recommend Russell Landscaping to anyone looking for a good value and a job well done.
