Introduction: Personal Training, and fitness in general, is becoming a dominant field. Within my location of MA, I would say that I am different from my local competitors because of my motivational concerns on people's health. I truthfully care about people's health and helping them reach their goals to allow them to live longer, over come diseases and make them proud of their accomplishments. It's not about the money, it's about people's pride, confidence, and well-being. I can help people live their lives happier and easier. I love helping people build their confidence and making them feel good about their physical appearances and their internal functions.

Nick was recommended to me by a friend. This was my first experience with a personal trainer and I was looking for someone who was knowledgeable in fitness, would listen to my personal goals, and help motivate me to reach them. Nick is all of those things! He has a great personality and is a pleasure work with. Fitness and safety are very important to me and with a full time job and active 1 year old I can’t afford any injuries! Nick has taught me many things I have been able to incorporate into my own work outs and I know I am working out the right way. I was also looking for someone who would respect my personal fitness vision and teach me how to achieve the goals I want for myself. He has been wonderful in this regard. My husband and I signed up to get fit together and Nick has designed work outs that address our individual goals and challenge us. Super motivating! He makes me believe in myself. I have seen growth in Nick as well. As our sessions have progressed he has come up with fresh ideas and challenges for us; which shows me he is just as invested in our fitness journey as we are and that is a great feeling.

From day one with Nick you feel completely comfortable with him and not to mention confident which is key in the gym!! I started off with HIIT and then decided he was able to train me in lifting to help me reach my goals!! The knowledge and care he puts into his workouts for you is truly wonderful I always left my workout with him feeling absolutely accomplished, satisfied, and strong. Not to mention tired from a great workout !! I've learned so much from him, and gained so much confidence in the gym! As a trainer, he is everything you'd want and need. I would honestly recommend him to any body- any age because I know he's skilled and passionate enough to help someone meet their goal as he has helped me.

I love working out with Nick! He gets me to come to the gym and motivates me to work out even when we don't have a training session. He is extremely knowledgable about exercise and nutrition. I saw results quickly- my clothes fit better and I became leaner and stronger. Nick even trained me through the first two trimestesters of my pregnancy! I'm really shy around new people, but he is very easy to talk to and helped me boost my confidence. I highly recommend him to anyone looking to get in better shape.
