Introduction: I am certified with the American College of Sports Medicine in personal training, and am CPR and AED certified who will travel to your home for convenient in-home workouts. My training specialties cover sports-specific training for all sports, working on power, speed, and agility. I also work on core and strength training, toning, and flexibility. I also enjoy working with people who cannot find the time, or are new to exercise and need help getting started.

Frank Ricardo (Option Fitness) has been my personal trainer for 7 years. I had 3 trainers before but after training with Frank for a few sessions I decided to stick with him only on a long term schedule. The reasons for that were several. First, I think Frank pays attention to and understands my body and its needs. Second, based on that he developed a detailed program to get the most out of me. Third, he stays with me to make sure I stick with the program during a training session but also on the homework he gives me. Fourth, he prepares me before a session so that I am ready for the most demanded exercises. Fifth, he pays attention to any factors that affect my physical ciondition by asking me questions regarding my physical and mental condition before he decides what exercises to do (i.e he checks if I have the right amount of energy, nutrition, rest, injury, etc..). Sixth, he follows up by calling me the next day after training to see how I feel. Seventh, he constantly challenges me to reach higher levels. Eighth, we connect mentaly in an excellent way. Nineth, he is very prompt and ahead of me on our appointments and he is prepared by the time I get to the gym. Tenth, he is a great motivator. As a result at the age of 56 not only I am in much better shape than I was 8 years ago, but I feel that I am comparable to guys 20 years younger than me. Because of that I am able to play very compettitive soccer in a Division with 30 year old playes. In fact I am the oldest and only player over 50 who plays in the age 30 Division. Frank is a great trainer, very knowlegable and personable. He keeps the workouts interesting and tailors them to you're needs. I bike in the summer and ski in the winter and as result, I've always had pretty strong legs, but I also have had on and off lower back issues and very little upper body strength. Since working with Frank I've really strengthened my core, no longer have lower back pain and I can even do pushups now! I really look forward to seeing him each week and it keeps my motivation up! I highly recommend Frank. I have gained a lot of overall strenght and for the first time in many years I no longer have low back problems and I can also do pushups for the first time in my life! Ive always had strong legs being a skier and bike rider, but was lacking in the upper body strenght. Frank motivated me to stick with the pushups and now I can do pushups for the first time in my life. Frank will work with you to tailor the workout to your needs and

I have been working with Frank Ricardo for six years and have found him to be an excellent personal trainor. He is extremely knowledgeable about fitness. Frank understands that I get bored doing the same routine so he changes up the exercises often. Also, since I frequently travel on business, Frank has provided me with exercises that I can do almost anywhere with no equipment. His flexibility has been the key to keeping me on track toward my fitness goals. I highly recommend his services.
