Steve was very cooperative with the project he was given. With have no experience with our project before, he was able to take our drawings and design and make it come to life. The 8 parts were made on time and in accordance with our schedule. We even had a last minute emergency where Steve was able to very quickly reproduce another part that my team broke due to assembly error. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Take an as we go approach. Hit project milestones and request payment at that time. If both parties are happy, we move forward to the next milestone.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?BSME (Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering) from the University or Rochester, 1993. 20 years of mechanical engineering experience. (11 years in corporate industry and 9 years working for myself.) 12 year of Solidworks experience. 3D printing for the last 8 years.
