Introduction: I feel that because of my years as a performer, I have the ability to really read a crowd. If one type of music isn't working, I quickly switch gears and find the genre that does work.
Music is my life, and has been since I was a small child. Whether it's Top 40 music through 4000 watts of power, or folk music with just an acoustic guitar...I'm in! I love that I can "set a mood" for a party with certain song selections. Some clients want a dance party from the get go, others like a more sophisticated background jazz vibe. John played at my wedding, both acoustic and with his band! Not only is he amazingly talented, he also knows how to engage a crowd! We always have a blast singing along to his songs...his song selection and vocal ability define versatile! I would 100% recommend John! He was great to work with!

John DJ'd a Private Party we hosted for a 30th birthday celebration. He was professional, easy to work with and most of all had the dance floor packed all night!! I would highly reccomend John for any event!!

John was hired for our charity "gala" and was outstanding. He was great at reading the crowd, especially when there were several age groups at the same event. In my experience, there are the (rare) great DJs and then just okay DJs. John is truly among the greats. Would hire him again in a heartbeat.

We hired John for a birthday party. John arrived on time and he was very professional throughout the party. There was a variety of music for everyone. He was able to get the party going and keep it going throughout the night. We would highly recommend John Polino's DJ service for anyone looking for a worry free, highly entertaining experience.

I hired John to do all the music at my friends wedding that I was best man for. He played guitar and sang for the cocktail hour then DJed the reception. He did an awesome job, was easy to work with and everyone had an awesome time and danced all night. Thanks again John!!
