Chef Cyr has more than 24 years of collective culinary experience under his belt and more than 14 years of experience in the roles of Sous Chef and executive chef for several different four diamond hotels and two free-standing restaurants in the Boston area. After spending many years managing culinary operations and cooking behind the scenes in hotels and restaurants, Chef Cyr created Bistro-at-Home because he wanted to collaborate directly with his clients and reintroduce the personalized nature and creativity of cooking for others into his work.
