- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
As mentioned above, we simply have to walk most properties and there are different marketing platforms we can take, that all obviously raise the service price or commission structure.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We usually submit a quick quote, but with Real Estate and Property management its tough to price via the internet. We almost always will want to walk the property and find out more about our potential client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
15 years of sales experience in big box retail with a customer service focus, we are focused on the client / customer. All our agents hold Massachusetts Salespersons licenses, and many have attended continuing education.
