I’m giving this contractor 3 stars for failing to provide any response after performing the initial site assessment. If the contractor does not wish to work on a project, it is polite to inform the homeowner that they will not be moving forward. Simple as that. I also want to point out that the individual that visited my house was not wearing a mask and did not have one. I kindly asked him to wear one of my disposable masks because I have a 2-year-old who is, of course, not vaccinated. I’m just noting this particular aspect of the visit because if felt odd to have to ask a professional to bring and wear a mask when entering people’s homes during this pandemic.
