Stafford was absolutely amazing. I water damaged my phone, and apple's new policy is they won't open up the phone to see if it was a battery or any other type of internal issue. I posted on thumbtack, Stafford was quick to respond, came out that day to meet me to get my phone. He got back to me in less than 8 hours, with the issue of my phone. He was fast, professional, extremely knowledgeable, and just willing to help. It's so nice to see someone so passionate about what they do, that they just want to solve people's problems. I have always been skeptical about online reviews in each and every aspect of the Internet. More often than not, I believe they are computer-generated or individual(s) are paid to write a response.
I reached out on Thumbtack to get my MacBook Pro fixed after breaking down for the second time in six months. Stafford contacted me very quickly and was genuinely eager to help me. It was evident to me right away from meeting him that he is passionate about his profession and enjoys fixing computer like a kid enjoys sports.
Stafford diagnosed my computer free of cost (as he does for all clients) and offered a number of different scenarios in which to get the computer fixed. He is a genuine technician in the industry, as he referred me to a company and would not accept a dime in return.

The DVD drive in my old MacBook G4 had stopped working. He determined that the DVD drive itself was broken. He replaced it and now it works fine.

Stafford is extremely knowledgeable, honest and friendly. Totally has magical finger! Fixed my IMac which were totally dead on a couple of seconds, Then run a whole diagnosis to see what else could be wrong, cleaned and reset my hard drive and programs. Absolutely amazing!
