We are extremely happy! I had brick and concrete steps replaced also part of the sidewalk. They are the nicest people I have dealt with in years. Everything was cleaned up,much cleaner than it was to begin with. The price was great! I would hire them again
excellent work! steve worked with us to design our project - priced it and hit budget. project included - install 3 granite steps - replace 2 concrete slabs with granite + build 2 paving stone walk aways
After replying on thumbtack John came out the next day and gave me a quote for repairing some old worn out precast concrete steps. While there I also had him quote on re-pointing the front brick steps. Three days later my old concrete porch steps and my front brick steps look like new!! We got like-new steps for a fraction of what new ones would have cost. John's work and attention to detail surpassed my expectations in every way. My wife and I sanded and painted the old railings but the legs were all rotted out. John welded on some new legs, made new brackets and reattached them to the steps. The pictures speak for themselves. After his crew was done they thoroughly cleaned everything up. We highly recommend Addison Concrete and plan on using them again for other projects.
He did a great job in installing our new flat sheer shade - mounted it to concrete ceiling. The same day I requested he responded and scheduled the work.
This couldn't have gone better. Bruno came out and looked at the sites and talked to me about options. He took the time to explain to me anything I was unclear about. Then his helper Matt stayed and tore up our old concrete (about 3x6 area in our garage) and prepared our front steps for new mortar. The following day, they poured the concrete and mortared our steps. The work was very nicely done, and Bruno even came out a few days later when I noticed one of the stones he'd mortared had come loose. I highly recommend this company, and I will use them again.
Gary went out of his way to quickly concrete in my new mailbox after the old one toppled over. He found time to make a heavy duty post and painted it to match the bronze mailbox exactly. He even came out on a Sunday to install it so my mail service will restart Monday. He stuck to his estimate and did not charge me a trip fee though I live way across town. Most importantly my new mailbox looks great and he left the area spotless with the gravel raked perfectly. I can tell he takes a lot of pride in his projects and will be calling him again soon. Give him a try. You'll be pleased with the job he does! Price was reasonable as well!
Bobby from Robert Marchand Floors was AMAZING, start to finish! He responded within minutes of my first inquiry on Thumbtack, his price was fair and reasonable and he was beyond helpful in answering all our questions for our current project, as well as other projects we are considering doing in the future. He arrived on a bitterly cold day, so his normal routine of cutting tiles outside was not an option. Out of respect for our home, instead of bringing the wet saw inside, he cut each of the small subway glass and granite tiles by hand. He was neat, organized and meticulous with his work!! He was like an artist as he maintained the perfect pattern of our busy tiles, even though it required cut outs for the 7 outlets and light switches we have along our backsplash. Bobby was professional and friendly and we were Blessed to have him here to share his gift of artistry and craftsmanship!! We WOULD NOT HESITATE to call him, again, in the future, for any tile or flooring work we want to have done.
We are a General Contractor, JTB Construction, with a commercial project in Taunton. The night before a scheduled "pour" our concrete subcontractor had to cancel due to health issues. We found Steven through Thumbtack and he responded immediately, and the pour was done "on schedule". His promptness saved the project's schedule. The quality of his work was exceptional. We would highly recommend him and plan to continue to use his services.
This team is fantastic. They did a cement slab in my carriage house. Removed old floor, fill, insulation, wire high psi concrete. Julio has a multidisciplinary team. Quality and professional 5star. Thankyou
Andrew came out and removed a segment of concrete floor in the basement. The job was done quickly and professionally. I hope to use him again in the future for driveway work.
They rebuilt crumbling concrete steps. Showed up on time and did nice work. Hoping to use again on more projects.
Had an issue with water coming in through a basement window next to concrete patio so I put in on Thumbtack last Thursday (Jan 25th). Stephen was very prompt in reaching out and came to look at it very next day first thing Friday morning. He came up with very sensible and inexpensive caulking solution and returned on Sat morning to do the work. I would recommend him to anyone. Very honest person to work with.
We hired Ray to tear out and replace our old damaged concrete floor in the garage. Our experience with Ray was the best! He provided a reasonable bid on Thursday and by Monday he and his crew were at work. Tuesday afternoon and the job was done perfectly. Throughout the process Ray kept in touch to keep my informed about when the dumpster would arrive, when the cement would arrive, and described the work process step by step. The garage is located in a 1820 colonial house and had unique problems that only someone of Ray's skills and experience would handle well. We are pleased with Ray's work and look forward to other projects he will likely undertake for us. I'm relieved we have found a gem named Ray. Hire him and you will be fortunate to hire an experienced craftsman who is a pleasure to work with.
I hired Obed Matul of GMP Landscaping to install my patio -- about 17 feet by 30 feet. Obed is the owner. He has a crew of about two to three people. His pricing is generally comparable to others -- perhaps just a bit lower than others. His crew is very dedicated and hard working. To be successful with Obed, make sure you have him signed the contract and label your tools so there is no mix up at the end of the project. Even though I had a design plan and had Obed signed it, he still wanted to change contract in a middle of project. But generally speaking, I'm pleased with Obed and his crew. At end of project we gave his crew extra tips as we feel they deserved it for hard work.
