Introduction: I truly believe that your workouts need to be constantly changing. In order for your body to change we need to always be changing your routine so we use everything from weights, Bands, bungees, Trx, body weight, and so much more so that your body never gets use to a routine and it keeps all of your workouts more fun and interesting! I love not only the interaction I have with my clients, but seeing them challenge themselves realizing they can do anything when they out their mind to it, But the smile they have when they accomplish something new really is satisfying for me because you did it!

I have been working out with Grayson for approximately 6 weeks thus far at the time of this review. As someone who has been playing soccer most all his life and doing crossfit for 3 years, it has always been a challenge in order for me to put on muscle. Grayson has been hitting the books and getting creative in my routines in order to try and achieve my goals. Working out is one of my least favorite things to do, however, Grayson keeps me motivated with his humor and wit while maintaining a professionalism with his routine.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    On top of having my ASCM and AAAI-ISMA I am working on becoming a Strength and Conditioning Coach. I believe that the health industry changes daily so we as trainers need to always be aware of new exercises and workouts

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

    We train for all aspects including weight loss and/or gain, leaning and toning, strength and Condition and my favorite H.I.I.T. ( high intensity interval training ). And so much more
