Hi! I’m Julia, a Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach, and my true passion is helping you reach your fitness goals. I believe in a sustainable approach to health and fitness; if you’re tired of constantly starting over and feeling overwhelmed by the process, I’m here to help. With a Masters in Exercise Science and a combined focus on nutrition fitness, and accountability, I can help you achieve any goal. Some of my specialties include functional strength training, body recomposition, and working with those who are new to fitness and nutrition and don’t know where to start. Together we explore where you’ve been in the past, where you are now, and where you want to be. We develop an individualized plan specific to your goals and needs.
At KPT, you’ll be training at my private personal training studio, with all the top of the line equipment you need to reach success. If going to the gym is intimidating to you and you prefer a private training environment, you’ll enjoy the privacy of the KPT studio! I do individualized 1 on 1 sessions and 2 on 1 partner training only (you will have to find your own partner)
