- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I can give discount fee if the existing customer recommends me to the new client and I land a new project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our initial meeting may take place either at one of the showrooms I work with provided the client has floor plans or at the client's location to take measurements. We discuss budget, their needs and wants and specs for appliances. Once I produce drawings we schedule consultation meeting to review floor plan. This is the time I hold the retainer and customer can take home your plan. I will work on the plans till we reach complete satisfaction. Our next phase is selection meeting where we choose the materials for the project. This is really fun part and many customers enjoy this process very much. Once we select materials I will put together an estimate. After reviewing an estimate we may add or subtract items to meet our needs to complete project.
