Wouldn’t recommend to anyone - I spent $600 on 5 hours $80 additional on a backdrop that was absolutely embarrassing at our wedding. Also it was a hassle getting him to show up early to set up - I was told I was going to be charged extra for him to get there early to set up. We were not charged for that time however it was strange. He was not easy to get a hold of either throughout the booking process and leading up to the wedding. I asked Chris to wear a suit to our wedding as it was a very formal event. He wore khakis, sneakers and his businesses polo. Another embarrassing thing as my event was very formal and classy - the area was noticeably low class compared to our event. Everyone had fun and made the most out of it however I didn’t appreciate his professionalism. The photos also came out incredibly dark, the photo mirror has a very long pause in between each photo and the photo album that we received was cheap. When I told him how disappointed we were in all of the above and how I would like a credit for at least the backdrop he wouldn’t even credit me the backdrop that cost $80 and ended up looking disgraceful. This backdrop was supposed to look like a wall of vines - it was hung in panels that were crumbled, wrinkled and nothing was connected so the panels did not create a backdrop yet hanging pieces of what should have been all connected and flat to create something complete. He told me he didn’t have enough time to set up yet we had a room for 160 guests that flipped entirely in less than 20 mins and we were told he would need 10 mins by other photo booth vendors but insisted he needed an hour - something that is not necessary with this equipment if you ask anyone in entertainment. Amanda, You chose the backdrop off of a website and I paid over $400 and you paid $80. You new it came in pieces and had to be put together. It took them over an hour to flip the room and that was mostly due to your wedding party taking pictures in the location of both your guest tables and where the photo booth was to be setup. There for there was definitely no reason to even be there earlier. I had like maybe 20 minutes to setup. As per my request, I needed more time which you did not even try to give me. I also answered every email you sent me and worked with you for several months on your logo options. You never asked me to wear a suit, as I checked the over 60 emails you sent me. Also the photos came out in great color.

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?We have a base price of $175 an hour with a minimum of two hours. This includes unlimited prints, props, online gallery and attendant. We offer a wide variety of add on options which will add to base price. We offer discounts to schools and non profits.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Customer requests quote. We offer our package options with add ons and customize for client. If client wants to reserve a date, we prepare a quote. Customer confirms quote and makes deposit.
