FAQs
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Criminal Defense? Serious Personal Injury? Whether you have been charged with a crime or have been harmed by the negligence of another call us as early in the process as possible for the maximum results.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
When hiring a lawyer the most important issue is trust. You must trust that your lawyer is qualified and capable and that your best interests are his or her priority. I understand that people come to me when they are in a difficult situation. I try to provide honest advice and not mislead them. Many lawyers mistakenly try to make the client "feel better" by painting a rosy picture for them. I don't practice this way so I really don't know how they deal with it when the promised results do not materialize. In my practice I prefer to honestly assess my client's situation up front and give them my honest opinion as to what their chances are. It may not always be what they want to hear, but it is truthful and reliable. More often than not, it is good news since we get excellent results for our clients. However, if the assessment is less favorable, at least the client knows what to expect and can plan accordingly. Even bad news is better than no news or false representation. Clients seem to agree.
