Ian was quick to respond, was able to provide a very competitive price estimate over the phone (I sent some photos over), showed up on time, did the job (replaced hot water tank with tankless on demand system), and saved me money by telling me to return some of the special and expensive exhaust fittings I purchased, substituting his own. Everything was done permitted, and inspection passed with no questions asked. Price paid was exactly price quoted. Already on his calendar for additional work in a few weeks. Thanks!

Ian did a great job with installing the duct for venting out our stove, and extending our propane line from the fireplace to the stove. I must mention that he's very experienced for his age, professional with the job and does not leave a mess behind. I had requested a quote from a well known mechanical LLC for the same work -- for which they quoted me more than 5 times the money and still I would have to take care of the inspection and external trench work on my own. Ian did the job end-to-end beyond my expectations. Very highly recommended.

Ian is very friendly and helpful. He knows what the issue is and is very knowledgeable. I initially hired him for vent repositioning work and he did excellent. I was looking for central conditioning in my house and he gave me a great deal to upgrade my heating and conditioning system with boiler too. Highly recommended.

Great, no B.S. service. Diagnosed the issue within ten minutes of arriving. Went to get the part and returned within the half hour. Air conditioning was restored within the hour. I had called a dozen other companies promising “emergency” a/c services that were booking three weeks out or excused their unavailability owing to a holiday weekend. These guys got the job done and didn’t try to rake anyone over the coals. Much appreciated and highly recommended.
