I work with different age groups, teenagers and elderly people. Your age is not barrier to start fit and vibrant life. I will provide you nutritional advises and guidelines toward your desired result. I don't believe in diets, I believe in permanent life change. You will learn proper exercise biomechanics, healthy eating habits. Within first sessions, you will start seeing changes in your life!
