Introduction: My services entail personal training one on one, small group strength training, I will focus on your goals, and create exercise system for weight loss, muscle and strength gain or over all conditioning of your body.
I work with different age groups, teenagers and elderly people. Your age is not barrier to start fit and vibrant life.
I will provide you nutritional advises and guidelines toward your desired result. I don't believe in diets, I believe in permanent life change.
