I am extremely happy with the services I received from Crespo realty investments and construction . The work was outstanding it was done on time the contractors were professional precise and cleaned up every day The general contractor was easy to talk to very cooperative professional at all times I found a general contractor to be very responsive to my needs and if I wanted to make a change he was able to talk with me about what that would mean in terms of cost and labor and Materials but was always willing to work with me whatever I wanted to do. They were very predictable they had a start time or lunchtime and a cleanup time and I knew when the day was going to come to an end I appreciated their punctuality and the consistency. Most important of all the work was quality and I am very please with the outcome I would recommend Crespo realty investment and construction highly and absolutely I’m going to use them and my next home improvement

I've worked with Michael at Boston Condominium Management for a number of years, and I've had nothing but positive experiences. He's extremely responsive and does quality, reasonably priced work. Jay installed a chandelier for me above my stairs. Although it was a tight spot, he managed to get through the project. He was professional and patient, even after running into a few snags. He did both the basic electrical work and demo/finish work. He even saw a small issue with our gate as he was leaving and fixed it free of charge. I would use Jay again for handyman work around the house.
I am reviewing as a rental property owner. I started a relationship with Nexus Property Management with 1 rental property and I am currently at 9 units and climbing. I am an out of state owner and there is no way I could feel comfortable about the care of my rental properties if it weren't for all of the professional people at Nexus Property Management. They cover everything: investment property purchases, management, leasing, and maintenance. And almost all correspondence, bills, money contributions, and maintenance requests can be made through their online Nexus Portal. Having Nexus property Management managing my properties takes all the worries out of rental property ownership. And the time I save allows me to focus on other investment opportunities and that, helps me buy more investment rental property!
I hired Rick from STL to do a small job of finishing the ceiling in my basement. The tricky part was the area I wanted finished was a hodgepodge of pipes, vents, electrical fixtures etc. Making what otherwise be a simple job, a nightmare of complexity. I honestly didn't think it could be done affordably, or do well. I had a number of handymen/contractors come look, and refuse the job. Then Rick from STL showed up. Rick was not daunted, he rolled up his sleeves, studied the problem, and proposed a way to make t happen that would good, and not break the bank. I hired him and we scheduled the job, Rick showed up on time, worked the hours he said he would, and finished the job on time with no hidden costs etc. A true professional! Needless to say the ceiling he installed completely transformed the look of the basement, and covered all the fixtures, and mess that existed previously. He even added some decorative finish to the way he did the dry wall surface. My wife and are are very happy with the work Rick has done and we will be using Rick for several new jobs in the spring.

Alex, of Skyline Realty, was my agent in buying the apartment. He found me an excellent house painter, and floor refinisher, and thereafter found me tenants, as I wanted to rent from time to time. He did everything: finding tenants, screening them, preparing the lease, collecting rent, attending to whatever needed to be done once the tenant was residing in the property. The tenants he found were of good quality. When rental periods were up he'd have the apartment professionally cleaned. At this point I am using the apartment, but if I rent again, I wouldn't hesitate to use Alex.
Steve Hornsby was very helpful in the transition process...going from developer management to a professional property manager. It was hard making the decision to give control over to an outside party but in working with Steve we feel it was the right thing to do. Steve is knowledgeable, caring, and confident in what he does. He has many contacts that are advantageous to the small condo organization.

There are many reasons why I would recommend RUACH management company to anyone. The first reason is, they are extremely well organized and prepared. They prepare rental lease agreements to benefit not only the tenant but the landlord. They will make sure that the tenants will pay the rent by the fifth of the month or the tenants will receive a 14 day notice letter to vacate the property.This really helped me to successfully Fulfilled my goal of paying my houses before the 10th of each month. The second reason, is that they help me with making wise decisions about increasing the rent to make sure that is competitive with other rental properties. The third reason is, that they will provide employees to make sure that your apartment is in good conditions for the tenants at all times. If you are a landlord and you really want to be at peace I would highly recommend RAUCH management company...allow them to work for you and you will be Relax!

I chose to hire Scudder Bay Property Management for my rental properties after hearing about the results they were able to achieve on their own portfolio. The team at Scudder Bay has done a great job keeping my tenants happy and keeping my expenses in check. They always keep me updated on the status of incoming rent and maintenance requests as well. Theyve proven that they are experienced and knowledgeable and can do exactly as they say in terms of reducing expenses and increasing rent collections. Multiple payment methods for tenants is a major convenience and actually does help collect rent faster (and I dont have to go to the property to pick it up!). So far its been a great experience.
