- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?We are currently running a 99$ special for 500 sq ft of carpet. Upholstery is priced by how many it seats Stain removal and deodorizing packages are an up charge
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Customer using touches base out of a need. They describe the job so we can accurately estimate the cost. Schedule a time that works for both parties. Confirmation of address and phone number so we can text a head the day before.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?We all have 10 plus years in customer service. All have been trained and used equipment. We make it our mission to know everything possible about our business
