Introduction: I am a Master Groomer and have been grooming since I was 16. Went to school when I was 17 and have owned my own business since 2003 in California and in Maryland. I love making my furry clients feel the best that they can feel with a Spa Bath with all Natural Products. No preservatives. Skin and behavior issues are my specialty. Behavior problems not an issue, work will all kind of idiosyncrasies of pets. Check out my reviews on google Please when requesting a response, remember I am busy during the day and do not get time to look at the requests till evening, I normally cannot get you on schedule for 2-5 days, unless I am in your area that day. This business is not instant gratification.....I love getting new clients, however I travel and cover a 50 miles radius, so you may have to wait a few days to get on schedule. If you need same day, its not going to happen unless I am in your area. Please when requesting and I respond, I do need some type of communication in return. Angel is awesome. I have a peekapoo that is really hard to deal with. And she groomes him with no problem. I wouldn't take my furry child to anyone else. She gives me helpful tips on at home grooming techniques.Angel is the best there is.

COMMUNICATION SKILLS SADLY LACKING. Look at the pet and discuss a fair and firm price BEFORE you start the service! It’s not ethical to say “it’s going to cost you more” in the middle just because we declined you’re recommendation to do a shave down to the skin on a Maltese to make it quick and easy for you. ESPECIALLY after you’ve seen the dog AND photos of before and after have been provided in advance. I texted asking what the final price would be and never got an answer. IF it takes you longer than you planned, then that’s about your abilities! To charge ANOTHER $100 and then not even agree to see the other dogs we had booked to provide a firm cost is not good business. Our Maltese looked good AFTER 4.5 hours with 2 people but if I had know it would cost $185, I would have canceled the booking. I do not recommend this business for many reasons.
