On several occasions I've asked Laura to provide proofreading/editorial services for manuscripts. On a massive tome covering the history of zombie cinema, Zombiemania (published in 2006), Laura did a thorough job, not only correcting everything from typographical errors to more complex grammatical issues, but also verifying the manuscript's correct usage of British rather than American English (the book was written by myself and a co-author, both American, but published by a UK press that wanted the book to adhere to that standard). She has since provided the same support on other writing projects, and I would gladly ask her to do so again when the opportunity arises.
