- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Not very complicated at all. Service charge for diagnostic. Repair charge for parts and labor. Install pricing is very straight forward
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes. We have to stay in the loop with all the new technology that comes out. Heating and a/c systems get more advanced every year. See "Carrier Infinity"
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started young as a helper for a man who had his own business. He was kind of the neighborhood grandfather figure. It was just me and him. I learned a lot from him. Then trade school. Then many jobs in the industry.
