We had to reschedule multiple time, but we were in constant communication so the delay was not too big a deal. He was able to quote and do the work instantly, he had everything he needed to do the job in his truck so that was great. I would use Shaun again if I had another roofing need.

My project required redirecting the rain water from an apartment building roof to relieve the flow into a single gutter. Thomas is just starting out as his own business, but I liked that: -he has worked in different parts of the roofing industry for a significant amount of time -was the only one (tried 5 companies) to return my inquiry and he did so within a day on a weekend (4th of July weekend, at that)! -he is independent and not particularly tied with a roofing company (though he can give you roof estimates for two companies he consults for if you want) -very reasonably priced -very friendly and honest -took the time to show me things and explain about roof construction -described simple repairs i could do on my own and offered to teach me when I am ready. Thomas was very professional and personable, thorough, and efficient during the roof inspection. Gave me the peace of mind that we have a few more years left on the roof as long as we take care of a few things, confirmed the home inspector's report, and educated me to better protect myself against storm chaser roofers. Highly recommend his services, would do business with him again, and wish him the best as he starts out with his own business!

Gio's Builders did a wonderful job removing my textured ceiling; installing recessed lighting, crown molding, chair rail, and laminate and vinyl tile flooring; and painting my condo. He explained the best way to do things and why and was very responsive to concerns.

I found and contact Booth through Thumbtack, on a Saturday. The very next day, they came by to do a price quote (yes, on a Sunday!). They came by at 7am sharp and got right to do it, surveying and checking out the roof and siding. After a while, they rang the doorbell and asked if I had any leaks in the house. I walked Mr. Booth to my closet that occasionally rained, and he immediately went outside, grabbed his ladder and climbed on the roof to check out the damage. Quite honestly, this was my third roofing estimate and he was the first one to do this. After he finished walking the roof and checking out the situation, he came into the house to explain everything. I had just purchased the home, so I was pretty familiar but he mirrored the inspection report without even seeing it! The best part - this was a Sunday and said he could do the roof on Monday or Tuesday. I contact Mr. Booth on Monday to verify the start the next day but unfortunately, there was an issue with another project which pushed mine back a day. But all the same the roof was started and completed same day, between 8a and 5p. At the end of the project I was texted pictures of the progression of the work. QUICK SUMMARY - Fantastic, I recommend.

First, even though it was a small job, he treated it like a big job. He was informative. With me being a senior he did not try to take advantage of my lack of knowledge of the job that needed to be done. He showed me pictures of the roof and explained what was done. I am very pleased with the service and i would used them for any other roofing work I need done. Also i would recommend him to my friend that need roofing work done.
