SRO2, LLC Handyman Services
About this pro
Robert the handyman installed a tub shower door for us. His work was outstanding. The company owner was responsive and the work was completed in less than a week after the request was submitted to Thumbtack. The price was reasonable.Jun 26, 2018Verified

Made multiple appointments for her to come over, and she did not come at the designated times. Instead, she stopped by at other times, and never notified me that she was coming, and never called when stopping by. I would just get a message that she tried to come and no one answered. I explicitly told her it would have to be after 5:00, and she made her unannounced stops before that, even when we had scheduled appointments.Aug 15, 2016VerifiedSandy W.'s reply
It's great to hire that you were able to find someone outside of Thumbtack to complete your project. That's awesome! We regret that we were unable to meet your schedule. However, we did provide an estimate and we never received a respond back after several follow up messages. Sometimes 2nd chances are the best!
