If you want delicious food at an affordable price, you want Chef Kev! Im am surly the pickiest eater there is, but Chef Kev got the best of me! We hired Chef Kev to provide the food for a networking event that we hosted. As an event planning company, we have had the chance to taste food from many different caterers throughout the Maryland, DC and VA area, but Chef Kev is among the best! His food made all the difference for our event and we cannot wait to begin referring our clients too him! (I should also mention how professional, and neat he was. He left the venue looking better than when he got there!)
Nick and his lovely wife provided the music and photo booth recently for an event sponsored by my company. Our executives are very hard to please, and I know that I caused him much stress as we prepared for the event. From his first contact, he was professional, sincere, and had a strong commitment to customer service. The service he provided far exceeded our expectations. After I decided to plan a 70th birthday party for my father, I knew I wanted something different other than just a few guests at home. After speaking with the owner of ALD, April, about what I was looking for and what my budget was, she immediately started helping me brainstorm options for locations and vendors to take care of everything from cupcake orders to banners. She even went to visit the restaurant, see the room, and speak to the restaurant event planner before I could make it over to the location. April is super organized and has timelines and deadlines for each step in planning the event and she always returned my calls and emails in a timely manner. When the day of the event arrived she had all of the materials as discussed and decorated the dining room with a beautiful black and gold theme. She provided everything from chair covers and table linens to balloons. Everything went as planned and she stayed around to make sure everything was on track. I'm so glad that I worked with ALD! They created a memorable and unforgettable event.

I highly recommend Shore is Delicious, Catering by Teresa. I contracted with Teresa to cater an after (Wedding) reception party at my house in Gambrills. Teresa was extremely helpful in helping me decide what menu would be appropriate, providing suggestions and alternatives during the planning process. Teresa was very easy to get a hold of when needed, and responded with the answers to my questions very quickly. A majority of the food that Teresa served to my 65 guests was hand made, and it was absolutely delicious! Teresa's cooking skills and ability to create a balanced menu were impressive. Teresa and her crew were on time, and had the area set-up and ready to go by the time my guests started to arrive after the wedding reception. She went out of her way by providing tasteful table coverings and center pieces, even thought I did not ask for those. The quality of her work was excellent! Aside from the delicious food, the most impressive attribute of Teresa's catering service was their willingness to provide the "Complete Service." Teresa prepared all of the food, delivered it, served it and stayed until the end, making sure that the area was 100% clean and in order before she left. In addition, Teresa brought along a crew of helpers that provided anything that was needed to ensure that my guests had a good time. When researching for caterers, this was tough to find. Most wanted to make the food, put it on the tables and go. Not Teresa. In closing, I highly recommend and without reservation Shore is Delicious, Catering by Teresa for anyone's catered event. We loved working with Mary! She knew our venue (Historic London Town) like the back of her end, so it made it so much easier to handle all of the ins and outs leading up to our wedding and on the day of. Mary was such a lifesaver for us, helping us think through the setup of the event, planning our rehearsal to make sure we knew what we were doing, and corralling our vendors in line with our planned schedule. Whatever we needed from Mary, she was willing to do, and always with a huge smile. This included taking care of the clean-up of the decor items we brought to the venue, and even meeting us a couple days later to pass off things that couldn't fit in our car. Would work with Mary again if given the chance!
Michele and Christina were more than we could've asked for. They helped plan, coordinate, and deliver beyond our expectations. My stress levels were very low as they were always responsive before the wedding day and they were on top of every minute the day of. Michele guided our wedding party and vendors with ease and worked hard, yet effortlessly allowing me to feel at ease. Christina was also on top of every moment and went as far as bustling my dress and helping me specifically with things I, myself , wasn't even prepared for. Planning for a West Point graduation is like planning a destination wedding for royalty. The weeklong pomp and ceremony of the cadets graduation and commissioning as an army officer on a highly secure and secluded army base requires months of planning. Some plan a year out. Booking hotels, helping guests navigate the campus, getting on and off base and through security check points, transportation to West Point and then around campus and town, planning for meals, seating at events, securing a spot for the commissioning ceremony, is not for the faint at heart or for amateurs. I hired a professional wedding and party planner. She booked lodging and reception hall, secured transportation service to and from post, arranged for breakfast food and snacks during commute to post, meals to be delivered to post for commissioning ceremony and food for our private reception back at the hotel. She had maps and program booklets with details of the events of the day and activities during free time. She thought of it all and executed it without a hitch. Meanwhile, I was able to enjoy the festivities of my son’s graduation and commissioning and enjoy the company of my guests. It was a memorable occasion. JCE did a wonderful job for my first "Plugged" event. The was an empowerment forum and from the beginning to the end JCE did an excellent job, with communication, product delivery, scheduling, planning, food selection, vendor preparation and staffing. My event was seamless and I don't know what I would have done without this company planning my event. We are due for another "Plugged" empowerment session 2015 and JCE will be planning and working this event again.

Chef Nikki is the BOMB.COM!! She and her husband Paul are excellent in the kitchen and on the grill... She can cook for me and my husband every day if she wants too, we will never turn her down...😂😂😘😘 Every meal is excellent and tasteful down to the deserts... Nikki is very clean and sanitary, you don't have to worry... She takes her business and license very serious... I definitely recommend her for your next meal, your next desert or your next catering event.
