My work was too small for them to take on but their initial response to my RFP was great. They explained their process in details and provided samples of projects they have worked on in the past.

Discussing what my vision looked like with BUILDM: COMMERCIAL DESIGN/BUILD was great. The organization was attentive, honest, and compassionate about my ideas. Would love to work with them in the near future!

Working with Ed is a treat. Always prompt problem resolution and responding when needed. I wouldn't reach out to anyone but BUILD M. Highly Recommend.

Ed over at EBRR has been fantastic to work with. His personal approach coupled with his professional make his company wonderful to work with. I would highly recommend their company.

Past office renovation, project, don’t bother hiring any other mom and pop one person operations. If you can afford to hire a mid sized company with comparable overhead don’t both looking past here. They will be most economical to other mid sized businesses. Thank you and singing off here.

FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? Our pricing is in line with other Mid-Size Organizations, our differentiating factor is our hands on design approach and our level of customer service far exceeds other Design/Build companies.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? The typical process of working with a new customer is to first evaluate their goals/desires/vision of their project - we want to make sure that the customers' interests align with ours in the best way that we can help them. Unless it is a good fit we do not want to start any projects unless we can uphold our commitment of a "hands on" design/engineering approach and exceptional customer service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work? Our employees routinely are involved with OSHA training for safety and we have a Employee Empowerment Program in which we devote a certain percentage of profits to higher education classes for all team members.
