- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most all of our jobs are unique to the clients situation, needs, and choice of materials used so pricing is tailored to each job. Fairly and accurately.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We are not a pressure sales kinda company 1.Our typical process is to visit with the homeowner or client at their house and discuss what they want to achieve with there home improvement. (i.e.: more space, better functionality, modernize dwelling, prepare for sale, etc.) 2.We then submit a formal proposal stating all work to be performed along with price and any special conditions. (usually within 5 days) 3. Owner makes decision and contacts us to go over any questions they may have and discuss a starting date.
