Elin designed a creative program to help my 9 year old son prepare for his martial arts tournaments. My son definitely made improvements in his strength, agility and stamina. Elin was also able to fine tune his kicking and blocking skills since he has experience in various self defense/fighting skills. Elin is quick to respond to emails/text/calls and has tremendous knowledge in the art of exercise, bodybuilding and nutrition. I highly recommend Elin and his team for anyone looking for a professional personal trainer.
I have worked with Gaurav over the past 3 years and during this time he not only introduced me to yoga but helped me cultivate a practice of my own. He is a patient instructor who pushes you but not beyond a comfortable pace. After learning from Gaurav I have realized that yoga is a complete mind body workout. I have never left a class feeling that I did not work my body hard. Gaurav has also been my nutrition guide over the past couple of years and has worked with me to improve the effects of PCOS. His 40 day plan helped me reset my body and allow my liver to detox while at the same time practiced moderation so i do not feel deprived. The plan helped me change my habits and get into the routine of making healthier choices food wise. With Gaurav's help my symptoms have greatly reduced and we continue to work on making my condition better by modifying the plan as need be. Overall my experience working with Gaurav has been extremely positive and has made me conscious of how important healing the body through yoga, exercise and nutrition is.
If I could give her 6 stars I would! I am a tennis teaching professional and my job is very physical. During the last few years I had been experiencing injury after injury which was taking all the enjoyment out of my work. Corey is actually one of my students and she encouraged me to try Yoga with her. I was skeptical at first and thought Yoga was for "other people ". I could not have been more wrong! After one session with Corey I could tell this is exactly what I needed. I have been working with Corey for the last 6 months and I feel 20 years younger! Corey is not only a fantastic Yogini. She is incredibly knowledgeable and well versed in many schools of physical fitness. Like Pilates, Cross Fit, TRX?? She knows it all. Incredibly, her expertise does not stop there. Corey is also a walking repository of nutritional information. Going to Corey is a great value, she just knows so much and is so willing to help! In conclusion, the other thing I like and admire about Corey is that she practices what she preaches. She is in great shape and an athlete herself. As an athlete, that's important to me. I highly recommend you give her a try. You will be glad you did!!

Dara has been AMAZING!!!! I hired her as our personal chef a little over a month ago, and couldn't be happier. Working a full time job, juggling all the responsibilities, extra curricular activities, and appointments that come with raising 2 kids as a single dad meant that my kids weren't eating the healthiest, most nutritional meals. Honestly I was sick of cajoling, prodding, and bribing my kids to eat the the same gross frozen food that seems like hasn't changed since I was kid. Definitely not my proudest parenting moment.... Before meeting with Ahmed, I was always intimidated by all the information out there. The way he describes nutrition and the body makes you feel so comfortable and confident. I train with Selena twice a week. She's very knowledgeable and very personable, it's so much fun training with her and it never gets boring because she always introduce new movements in every session. I have felt the positive changes in my body since I've been training with Selena; more trimmed and toned, my skin looks healthy, and I feel great (she also gives excellent advice on nutrition). I've been training with Marshall for a few weeks now and am already very happy with the personal training and nutrition plan he has provided. First off, you will not find a better trainer for the money than Marshall in the greater Baltimore area. His prices are about half of what I paid at a boutique personal training studio in Baltimore City and half or more than other quotes I received. Secondly, the training he has provided has pushed me like no other trainer has pushed me before. His detailed workout routines and cardio plans have me seeing results already. He has also provided me with a detailed and easy-to-follow meal plan at no additional charge. If you are looking to get into shape, or just looking to get into better shape, I highly recommend Marshall without hesitation.

A key facet of her approach is that it is an investigative one. She initially assigns a program, evaluates and modifies. I definitely recommend.

I've been lucky enough to have more than one cooked meal by Taheerah. Her breadth of knowledge doesn't stop at what just tastes good. Taheerah also places a great deal of value in nutrition—not only preparing meals but educating on the choices behind the ingredients. She has the ability to cook for large groups, but also prepare meals for a more intimate setting. It's really fun to watch her work in the kitchen!
