I Absolutely loved working with Zach! His presentation was brilliant, the food tasted amazing and he had a very personable approach to my dinner party. Zach not only engaged my party guest in conversation, but offered a level of detail in each serving even while preparing the next course. Zach was also helpful and very attentive as he filled our drinks and even placed drinks that I left out by mistake in the freezer before the dinner party. And his clean up was unmatched! He left nothing...and I mean NOTHING on the floor or counters and put everything back after the dinner party. It was like he was never there! Thank you Zach! I will have you back! 🥰😘💋

Chef prepared a 5 course dinner for us to celebrate my husband’s birthday. It was fantastic! He spent time asking about our likes upfront and developed and delivered the perfect menu (in our kitchen). The entire experience was exactly what we had missed from our time in NYC.

Chef Zach has been amazing and attentive through my communication with him. Unfortunately, I had to cancel the dinner I reserved with him because my husband is ill. I will definitely be working with Chef Zach in the future. He created an amazing menu and I am so sad we won’t get to experience it. However, I would highly recommend him because of his professionalism and creative menu ideas.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    Although my experience is broad and diverse, the enjoyment I receive by sharing my experience translates into the price. I am reasonably priced and will to work with people depending on need.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    A phone conversation is my preferred starting point with each client. I am able to listen and hear what the client has to say and incorperate that into a service and appropriate price.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    After graduating Culinary School in 1996 I was awarded a 9 month Fellowship to begin practicing my craft in a seasonal Hotel in Ireland. I have worked for skilled Chefs throughout my career (my favorite have been French) in the Washington DC fine dining community.
