Bob could not have been more helpful. He responded almost immediately to my thumbtack request, visited our home and provided a quick estimate, and worked us into his installation schedule so that we could complete another renovation that was held up by the need for the insulation. He also communicated very well throughout and was a pleasure to work with. Thank you very much. I would definitely recommend Cimex4u based on our experience.

Robert was excellent, he communicated clearly and answered all my questions and was very prompt in completing the pest inspection and sealing the holes he found with steel wire, steel wool and foam. Excellent experience! I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for pest control services in the DMV area.

Pricing is estimated on a per job bases. Most job are set at fixed pricing with few exceptions. The exceptions are explained prior to starting job.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I introduce myself and explain all the details involved in resolving their particular pest issues. Most customers want to know what is involved in their specific pest issues and how it will be resolved.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm licensed, so there is ongoing continuing education that I'm required to keep up with. I subscribe to several resources that keeps me current with the industry trends.
