We used them for our full kitchen renovation and although it looks nice at a glance, the process to get there was excruciating and the craftsmanship is not the best. The cabinets had holes drilled for the hardware incorrectly, and pieces are already coming off. Not to mention our garbage disposal is already leaking, which when asked to fix he didn’t respond for a week so we just did it ourselves. When contracting them we came across a few bad reviews regarding communication which Jimmy quickly explained away and we trusted it was the customers and not him. Well, we couldn’t have been more mislead and I’m sure he’ll try to dispute and explain away this review but I hope you will heed my warning and understand that just because he threw in something for “free” it doesn’t make up for the delays and disrespect of the fact we have small children. I would’ve rather paid more and be treated more humanely. I know it’s a big project and never truly expected it to be completed in the 3 weeks promised, but it was over double that (date of demo was 4/7, shelves were hung and things finalized on 6/3, if you don’t count the leaking disposal). The main problem was how we were made to feel whenever we asked questions or confronted Jimmy on the delays and his blatant level of disorganization. Communication was always lacking and when we’d finally hear from them there was always an elaborate excuse (deaths, hospitals, broken bones, etc.) i understand stuff happens but i never thought that it was too much to ask…(after taking our payments then removing all running water and methods of preparing food for my children)…to be given a heads up on delays. but there was zero notifications and only the excuse give AFTER we’d get upset. On days people were supposed to show up they didn’t - so our poor dogs would be locked up for no reason and we ended up paying a fortune in dog sitters towards the end when he kept swearing it was the final week. (Spoiler alert it kept getting pushed). We provided paint colors, flooring, tile etc. selections up front and the materials weren’t ordered timely resulting in additional delays or having to change what we actually wanted so not having to wait longer. It was just a disaster of an experience and one I wouldn’t wish on anyone or care to relive. But again, it looks beautiful i guess, so if you want to take the risk on the experience that’s your prerogative, I’m just convinced I could get a similar result with WAY better customer care and service elsewhere.

Details: Repair of existing cabinetry or fixtures • Full remodel of existing kitchen • Repair of existing tiling or flooring • Installation of new tiling or flooring • No, plumbing will not need to be relocated • No, electrical will not need to be relocated • No existing plans, but have a good idea of what I want • Residential

If I could rate this company zero stars I would. I’m currently in week 4 of a bathroom renovation that I was originally told would take 3 days. My project manger left the company between signing the contract and starting the project and I was never notified. I only discovered this when I was notified they ordered the wrong size shower surround and if I wanted the same surround I’d have to wait 8 weeks for a special order. There has yet to be a day where they have shown up on time and not just a little bit late but usually several hours late requiring a phone call to the office to ask where they are. Their communication is terrible and one of the managers jimmy doesn’t respond to phone calls or emails in an appropriate time frame. Bottom line is don’t hire this company it is extremely poorly run.

Details: Full remodel of bathroom • Update style • Master bath • Home

Sorry that you had to go and leave a bad review for our company, AFTER we compensated you with a new tile shower at no charge. That you were fully happy with and acted like you were understanding. Also you were told two weeks so lets not exaggerate here. The guys were there working as well so please why would you lie on a company and try to make them look bad especially during the times everyone was going through.

Sir, lets start with first the kind of email you sent me. All the questions you asked were answered on the written estimate. I asked you to come to the office and go over the contract and make a payment schedule that helps you. You said that I was being "graded" when you sent me an email with questions lol. I have been in business for a long time and have been doing this work for a long time. The way you acted I would have rather not have done your work than to have worked with you. Maryland law allows me to get payments in thirds you did not want to give me a third on an entire rehab. Which means I would be paying for your rehab out of pocket until you were ready to pay a draw and satisfied, that is not how this works. I responded to every email you sent me and I could upload them if you'd like. So please before you try going and trashing someone's business online please state the facts of the entire conversation
