They were able to come out the same day on short notice, which I appreciated. They were punctual and responsive, and the service was professional overall. However, the quality of the carpet cleaning was just okay. The job felt rushed, and it did not seem like much time was spent on detail or making sure the carpets looked as clean as possible. I’ve had other companies charge less, spend more time, and deliver much better results. Overall, it was convenient for a last-minute cleaning, but the quality did not meet my expectations.
