Customers should think about the price fitting the quality of service, and weather or not their equipment issues will get repaired correctly, the first time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I love to educate my customers on my basic findings, and help them understand what the issues are so that they feel comfortable that I know what I’m doing.
