Introduction: We have been in the Photo & Video world for over 5 years. Collectively we have shot almost every genre you can imagen from portraits (male portraits / female portraits), commercial to large events. Recently we were able to photograph and film a wedding for a close friend of ours and absolutely loved it! Weddings are a combination of all the styles of photography we have shot before, grouped together into one incredible day. For those looking for a truly candid experience we’re here to make it happen. We will of course capture the family shots that all parents love but beyond that we truly believe the best wedding photos are not posed.

I had a great experience with Evan as a photographer. I initially wanted to hire him as his portfolio looked amazing.
He arrived early to the shoot ready to go and he was very responsive to my inquiries before and after the shoot.
I needed several photos of headshots and full body for a professional portfolio. They all turned out high quality and I was very satisfied.
I would definately recommend Evan as a photographer. Easy to work with, professional, and he delivers a great product.

Evan was a wonderful photographer! And he put in so much advance work to make sure the shoot was amazing and flowed smoothly. The photoshoot was a surprise for my boyfriends birthday. Evan suggested a shared pinterest board so he could see exactly what I had an mind. I even shared pics of my boyfriend so he could see what types of poses he liked. He went above and beyond and scouted locations in the area I was staying in and even did test pic in advance to make sure he could get the lighting right. He was very responsive and always got back to me quickly and answered all of my questions promptly. He was also very easy to work with and the final product was amazing. I am so glad that I went with Evan and Your Social Gathering. His fiance/ lighting assistant was super sweet as well. I definitely recommend him to others.

Evan was incredible, literally. Not only was the quality of his work outstanding, the experience was better than I ever thought it could/would go. I say this because I'm not a professional model and so photoshoots can feel awkward to me. Evan made the experience really enjoyable and easy and gave way more than I asked for. I can't say enough about it and his work speaks for itself. If your looking for a photographer and not sure cause its foreign to you, you MUST work with Evan. I highly recommend him and guarantee that you'll be as happy as I was with the results. I can't say enough good things about the whole experience.

We used Evan and Your Social Gathering for a video and still photography in a marketing campaign. They collaborated, listened carefully, were professional, and provided the right amount of input and artistic nuance to make our project widely successful.
