- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer 10% off the final labor cost for 1st Time Customers, Veterans, Senior Citizens, 1st Responders. It’s also best to bundle your electrical projects together for the best possible pricing. Doing this saves me a trip and keeps down the amount of trips the contractor has to be in your home.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I ask several questions to make sure the customers have tried everything they could to solve their electrical issues prior to having me come out.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 5 years of apprenticeship training. 2000+ hours of in-class instruction and over 14 years of on the job training. Passed my state of MD masters electrical license test. I’m currently licensed and insured in the state of MD.
