Unreliable service. Ordered Valentine's Day balloons and they were never delivered. There was not even communication to let me know that my poor morher's Valentine would not be delivered. No type of compensation for the inconvenience even offered. I would not use rhis girl!

I'm sorry to admit that this negative experience did occur with my company. I had a delivery driver cancel last minute for my Valentine balloon deliveries. While we are able to reallocate most of the addresses to the drivers who already had routes of their own unfortunately we were not able to have this one delivered on Valentine's Day. I emailed letting the folks who were affected know what happened later that night. I would have contacted them sooner but to help make sure as many deliveries as possible could be made I stayed out delivering until 6:30 PM came home to send the email then went back out to make more deliveries. Additionally I followed up with each individual on the phone the following day offering a full refund or a rescheduled delivery. This client chose a refund - which was given.
