Introduction: I provide private or small group training sessions. My focus is on strength training and mobility which I focus on safe, functional movements. The result of my training is to trim fat, tone muscle mass and increase endurance. Whether you have been sedentary for a period of time, needing support or prefer the additional accountability of one-on-one attention, I can help get you in the best shape of your life.
I have been a certified CrossFit trainer for over 2 years coaching at Nevermore CrossFit located in Bare Hills Racquet & Fitness Club. I am also Mobility Certified teaching Mobility classes at Clipper City CrossFit in Hamden. My own practice includes olympic weightlifting, speed training, yoga and I CrossFit about 5 times a week. I use all these domains of fitness to create a program to fit your individual fitness needs.
I have a broad range of clients, from the athlete to the beginner. My oldest client is 86! I train either out of your home or have access to a CrossFit gym. Also, you can cut training costs by adding a friend to your sessions; it is certain to add a little friendly competition to your workouts.
