- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I allow clients to do payment plans with their websites. It means for slightly more cost we are in contract for a full year and you would receive a web edit every month, a social media update, quarterly security backups and updates (for Content Management System -CMS websites).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I often begin by meeting with customers to listen to them. That's it, just hear their passion or mission or goal and understand what they need me to know about their business. After we work together to filter down to points like brand image, vision and competitors analysis, we are able to move forward to deliverables. I often create a proposal with my understanding of the project and an outlined budget.
