My mattress was stained with urine, and I tried to remove the stains myself. That only made more stains. After searching for a new mattress I discovered I could have my mattress cleaned. So I called Sanitize 4 Serenity, and Im so very happy I did! Not only were the urine stains removed, but the stains I caused trying to remove the urine stains were gone too. My mattress was restored to its original condition and smells fresh. I was treated with great respect and professionalism. The technician who performed the service was very kind and explained in detail the process of sanitizing my mattress. Overall my expercience with Sanitize 4 Serenity was a very positive one.
