- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Our first priority is our customer's satisfaction. Our goal is to build long-term relationships. We are flexible and competitive in our pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Customer on-boarding is key. With our coaching practice, each client is given a FREE consultation prior to signing up for their tailor made coaching experience. For our power washing service, we assign a customer service representative to each job, in addition to the power washing technician(s).
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?For coaching- I have masters in Leadership and Organizational Performance and I have two coaching certifications for life, business and leadership coaching. I am currently undergoing my ICF certification. For power washing- Our team has 10 years of power washing experience. We are continuously sharpening our skills and focus on providing the best quality and service to our customers
