- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No complicated pricing! Onsite estimates before hire, $35. If I perform the work, the $35 will be credited to your bill. Rates start at $35 per hour plus the cost of parts. No mark-up on parts, I provide receipts to customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am constantly learning new and different ways to do things that reduce time and costs for the customer.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was an Electrician's Mate in the Navy for a short time before changing to the Intelligence field. I had some electrical work to do around my house and I decided to get my certification to do it as a profession.
