FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Please check my website for a complete list of plans, services, and pricing. But you can say basically for a couple, 5 different dinners with 1 side per week will run the cost of groceries (apprx. $80 weekly) and my fees for the service, $275 weekly. I shop & cook. You come home & ENJOY!!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a client is in need of our services, we first chat by phone and arrange for a free consultation so that I can better assess their dietary needs and goals. From there, we sign a contract, I take a grocery and container deposit, we agree on a meal plan, and arrange the cook date. On the cook date, I shop for the food and arrive at the client's house where I cooked the meals agreed upon, package them with reheating instructions, and leave them in the fridge for the client to enjoy later Outside of meal prep, all other services pretty much work the same way.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Throughout my lifetime, since childhood, my multicultural background and world travels have taught me a great many things about different cuisines, so I understand the palettes of different groups of people. I bring this intimate knowledge of global foods and spices to the tables and kitchens of my clients. My Korean mother taught me to cook everything from scratch, so my food is prepared not just with know how, but with love!
