More people are now being mindful of their health. This is why Positive Energy Through Exercise (P.E.T.E.) was established in 2012. The founder, Pete Johnson, is an enthusiastic and energetic personal trainer who offers group exercises to encourage others to live a healthy lifestyle. His passion led him to assist and motivate people that hard work does pay.
The type of people who make up my clientele come from all walks of life. However, what they all have in common is a desire to make positive lifestyle changes. The most effective strategy to keeping my customers happy and satisfied with my service is being understanding of past and current circumstances, but also ensuring and efficiently producing results.
Pete offers one-on-one or group trainings, boot camp classes and also core cardio classes to everyone. He provides results and sticks to his clients' objectives. This way, he can effectively inspire these people to achieve their goals.
Every client that I work with, past or present, is considered my most successful and favourite project. I undertake all of my clients' goals as if they were my own. We then set out to make goal attainment a reality.
