- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Considering current times, the prices can be negotiated. The given price includes training and routines for at home, as well as nutritional guidance.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First time meeting we will run through a thorough movement assessment to establish a proper road map your goals depending on level of readiness. From there we will start with a three to four week plan depending on starting level. As we progress through each stage, we will reassess and adjust the plan for the following weeks.
