- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have three core packages. They range in price from $295 - $495. Each session is a different length and includes a specific number of final images delivered to the client. Some individuals need a single headshot for work or perhaps their LinkedIn profile while others are actors needing multiple "looks". I have packages for each of these clients plus those in-between.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My first contact with a new client is typically through email. I introduce my process and look to setup a phone call to discuss the clients needs and get to know who I'm working with. Once all questions are answered, we setup a session time and I send out a confirmation email including information on how the client can get the most from their session.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was mentored by Peter Hurley, arguably the best headshot photographer in the world. I'm an active part of The Headshot Crew web site and participate in ongoing training and feedback sessions to improve the quality of heasdhots I can provide to my clients. Additionally, I'm a member of WPPI (Wedding and Portrait Photgraphers Internataional). I attend annual conferences with education on the latest in lighting and equipment for my field.
